D-Yami yori kurai doukoku no A capella to bara yori aki jounetsu no aria Visual kei song and video review

Man what a long title for a song. Come on D ,how do you expect me to remember all of this?LOL! just so you know this song title is usually shortened to Yami yori kurai. I decided that it wouldn’t be right not to write the entire name of the song.

This song ,This song !!!!!! This song is intense. So intense that the first time i heard it i was left speechless . I’m not exaggerating i literally was speechless. like uh what just happened. Then came the chill that spread all throughout my body and my tear duct decided to act all weird. I didn’t watch the video until a day later . Why do i feel the to tell you this? Because when i watched the video i became speechless yet again ,and for some reason my stupid tear duct got all emotional .I dont even know. I know you dont believe me ¬†so one day ill make a reaction video to a song. you’ll see then that I’m completely ¬†one hundred percent serious .

You want to judge me .Have you seen the video or heard the song?

Warning : This video and song triggers speechlessness, chills all throughout the body, weird dumb tear ducts, and pressing the replay button over and over.

I warned you so i am in no way responsible for what this song does to your body.

Im sorry for messing with your body but i must share this majesty with the entire world.

This song has a mixture of operatic ¬†clean and unclean vocals all done by one person Asagi-Sama!! Yes Asagi is sama* to me ‚̧ . with a voice like his it cant be helped.

now that im done fangirling about Asagi-sama its time to fangirl about this entire song and video.

(this ones going to be a little long too as i really love this song and could spend hours talking about it.Sorry guys.)

So now the synopsis of Yami yori kurai  doukoku no A capella to bara yori akai jounetsu no aria the lyrics :

English translation:

My dear rose. oh You are all of me in this world.
In now, the past, and the future. I sing for you.

an abyss a voice that creeps on the ground an a cappella lamentation* darker than darkness
a heart fulfilled a voice that falls from the sky an aria* of a passion redder than the rose

I never know pleasure to live.
Why was I born such ugly?
(Why?) (You wish?) (Your mind?) (x2)

just once, I want to see how it is to love even from underneath this ugly mask
to be born into this world without knowing love engulfed by darkness as it is

You must choose! Come with me!

Nobody can stop me!

I never know pleasure to live.
Why was I born such ugly?
(Why?) (You wish?) (Your mind?)

only lamplight scorches my heated breast for I cannot forget the end of this love
come now, it’s alright to go it’s like you are completely engulfed by light

If you will forget, but even so I will remember forever and ever.

My dear rose. You are all of me in this world.
In now, the past, and the future. I sing for you.

to be born in this world without knowing love engulfed by darkness as it is…

Dude wtf how is this not being put into a book of the worlds best poetry??? i dont understand. these lyrics are amazing.

i don’t feel that these lyrics are a story more like a plea or a poem expressing the feeling of someone who feel unloved in a world of darkness you can feel the pain in the lyrics ¬†.

I feel like this song is a cry to the gods that this person wants to be treated normal even  though his life is complete darkness i feel like the rose is someone he admires and loves and cherishes but that many there people feel the same way so he knows that he will never be able to capture their heart, however he wants this person to notice to remember but if they dont it will be okay because he will always remember the beauty that made his heart sing that made him feel less unworthy .

Now on to the video synopsis of Yami yori kurai doukoku to A capella to bara yori akai jounetsu no aria:

I hope you’ve watched this video . If not scroll up and watch it . Now !!! Go ¬†do it!!! Dont you dare read the synopsis of a video your haven’t watched.

The video starts off with a beautifully shining chandelier . even though the chandelier is bright the room around it seems dark. You than see a Asagi-sama holding a mask over his face standing in front of a woman in a white dress. it than shows him in front of the  rest of the band and he  opens his arms with a rose in his right hand.

i feel like the chandelier is perhaps ¬†a symbol of the beauty ¬†that the person (Asagi-sama) see and love i think that Asagi-sama wearing the mask shows that he has a longing to be beautiful to ¬†be loved by the beautiful. But than he takes off his mask showing her his true face which is raw and “ugly” i notice that while he sings he hold on to the rose tightly. he holds on to what is beautiful tightly . the girl in the white dress at one point ¬†walks into the room with a candle and Asagi-sama puts the mask on showing that he is afraid to open with those he finds beautiful i also notice that the mask only covers half of his face the part with which he is insecure perhaps. i feel like he is begging when is asking come with me he is desperate he really want whoever it is to see that he truly is beautiful. he crawls on the floor he yells

when he sings the part “if you will forget but even so i will remember forever and ever” ¬†he reaches up to the sky as if to hold on to the memory but when he sing “my dear rose you are all of me in this world in now the past and the future i sing for you “and he takes off his mask i think he realizes that he can never be accepted because in the end ¬†the rose he holds on so tightly to breaks and is no more. Perhaps he learns a lesson that you shouldn’t on focus on the material thing that beauty is in your face but in your heart.

“to be born in this world with out knowing love engulfed by darkness as it is ”
This song is beautiful no matter how you look at it . I hope that you found some reason to like it.  I dont even want to talk about how the members are dressed in this video i dont feel like ts important whats important to me is the words and the way the music makes me feel. Thats whats really important.
